Multiple Teams · 2nd Semester Weight Training Schedule with Coach Z

Below is the schedule from January thru May for Athletes lifting with Coach Z. When we get closer to summer we will post the weight hours for summer.

After school lifting sessions:

FOOTBALL : Monday/Tuesday/Thursday:  4:30-6:00 pm

Morning 6:45 a.m.to 7:45 a.m.

FOOTBALL: Current 8TH GRADE or RISING 9TH GRADE –Monday/Wednesday 6:45-7:45 A.M.

TRACK & FIELD: Tuesday/Thursday: 

VOLLEYBALL: BEGINNING FEB. 14TH  will share the weight room with track every Tuesday and Thursday.

Wednesday and Friday mornings, Coach “Z” will open for make-up lifting sessions for missed lifts and or missed practices.
